At Impex Systems Group, Inc., we do our best to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call 305-573-0163 within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise so that we may assist you.  A Return Authorization number is required for all returns.  Should you choose to return the merchandise, please obtain a Return Authorization Number within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise.  No Return Authorizations will be issued after 10 days.  Return merchandise must be received at the address below within 5 days of Return Authorization date.  Unauthorized returns will be refused. Credit will be issued within 30 days of receipt of merchandise in good condition and prepaid of all freight expenses.
