Please call OOK^® at 1-855-270-6657 (OOKS) or email us at OOKinfo@hillmangroup.com to get an RGA#. Returns must be assigned an RGA# to be approved.

Please note that customer will be responsible for paying freight on returns, all returns are finalized once product has been received back at OOK^® office.
